ISP admission is open to all students who qualify for grades pre-k to 8th. Students must meet the age criteria outlined in the admission form found in the ISP Forms page.

Parents/Guardians’ signatures on any form are required and imply they will abide by all ISP policies as outlined by the document itself.

Parents/Guardians are expected to pay registration/book fees, and monthly tuition on time.   Families with any outstanding balance will not be able to register for the following school year.

Students are expected to display good character and behavior at the Islamic School of Portland. Use of offensive language, bullying, fighting, and disrespect to staff or other students will lead to suspension/expulsion depending on offense. ISP asks all parents to support ISP in educating our children about manners and good Islamic behavior.

ISP has reached full capacity in all grades and so early registration for the following year is highly recommended.  If classes are full, your child will be placed on a waiting list and you will be notified as space becomes available.  Families need to fill and sign the Registration form along with all requested documents and Fees ($45 per child) . Families are responsible for paying for any Registration Fees or Book Fees in full before your child’s first day of class.  All forms may be found online and are available for download here.

ISP believes in a strong partnership with parents. Thus, ISP expects parent’s involvement in ISP activities, help with Homework, discipline, and support. Parents must read and respond to requests from teachers and principal regarding their kids.
